At New Orleanz Soul Kitchen, our mission is to bring the bold, soulful flavors of the neighborhood kitchens of New Orleans to kitchens everywhere through authentic content, digital products, and meal prep. We are dedicated to teaching the art of flavor-building, making delicious cooking accessible to all. Rooted in passion, culture, and faith, we aim to inspire, nourish, and connect people through the comfort and joy of food."
Our concept is rooted in the belief that true culinary inspiration and tradition are found not mainly in the tourist hotspots, but in the heart of the local communities where generations have passed down their culinary wisdom.Growing up in the neighborhoods of New Orleans is where most natives learn the art of cooking and flavor building, infused with the spirit of community and tradition. At New Orleanz Soul Kitchen, we pay homage to these neighborhoods by drawing inspiration from and bringing awareness to the diverse culinary traditions found in different neighborhoods throughout the city.
While many are familiar with the iconic landmarks of New Orleans, such as Downtown and Bourbon Street, we invite you to explore the lesser-known but equally vibrant local and natives scenes and culture such as: New Orleans East, Uptown, etc. It is here, amidst the corner stores, family-owned eateries, and hidden gems, that the true essence of New Orleans lies.
